Our maintenance team will perform a complete assessment of your property once a turn is performed, ensuring light bulbs, remote control batteries, TV, Game Consoles are working smoothly prior to your next guest arriving. A repair recommendations report will be made for the owner at no extra cost, ensuring the vacation property is always up to standards preventing extra costs in the future.
After cleaning, the SECOND MOST time consuming part is changing and managing all the sheets and towels in your vacation property. JNV PRO SERVICES LLC has found a way to add a package for linen service making it easy to track inventory of the product in unit and to provide the right amount for the correct number of guests and beds.

Absolutely, JNV PRO SERVICES provides cleanings during the middle of your stay. A request must be submitted through your host, our team will be scheduled 24 hours from your request to perform sanitation or tidy things up for you. (Prices will vary depending on unit size and type of cleaning please consult your property host for further details).
Our JNV PRO Staff, will be staging the unit as it is reflected on listing. As a part of our services when a unit is being turned we make sure the unit looks exactly the same as your listing to guarantee full guest experience.
